Ortery Technologies at the CES 2008 unveiled the Photosimile 5000 Imaging Device. The Photosimile 5000 is a PC-controlled desktop photography studio that features a 28-x 28 x 28” light box (featuring 6500K daylight bulbs, an automated camera positioning system and a built-in 3D turntable) with Canon digital camera and workflow software.
One can place any object inside the box and the device will take a photo for immediate use in all print, web and email communications. Photosimile 5000 also creates 360-degree product shots and spherical 3D flash animations. Photosimile 5000 is compatible with Windows ME/2000/XP and will be available March 2008.
