Digital Camera Review on Lowepro Flipside 300 Camera Bag

added on 2008-02-29 04:07:00
by Tanya Palta

More often than not we tend to ignore certain camera accessories and prefer spending all our hard-earned money on lenses, filters etc. However investing in a good camera bag is a must especially if you intend to lug around your equipment to all your sojourns.

DCR has reviewed the Lowepro Flipside 300 Camera Bag on their website which is a side-entry shoulder bag that takes a unique approach to the backpack. The Lowepro 300 may be different however it’s extremely functional. The bag also provides ample storage space and the straps are appropriately padded.

Here is an excerpt from the review
"On balance, while the idea seems specialized in its unconventional approach, the Flipside proves itself as a comfortable, functional bag that works with the way many of us actually shoot. If you've ever watched a great shot unfold while fumbling to extract your camera from a conventional backpack, the Flipside's quick-shift appeal probably makes some sense to you. And while it's neither comfortable enough for all-day use as a belt pack nor particularly fashionable as one, having the option to use the bag in this position isn't a bad thing.”
