March 22, 2007 - iView yesterday announced The Getty Images iView Submission Utility for iViewMediaPro, a digital asset .gif)
management tool. Getty Images is one of the world’s leading providers of stock photography.
The plug-in will prepare professional photographers’ stock photo submissions to Getty Images’ specifications, cutting down on preparation time. The utility automates image validation – metadata, file size, format, etc. – and then prepares a submission package, which then can be burned to a CD or DVD.
“Our close relationship with iView in developing this submission utility demonstrates our commitment to helping photographers streamline their overall workflow and deliver images to us with less hassle,” said Paul Banwell, Director of Photographers and Filmmaker Relations at Getty Images, in a March 21 company press release.
