Introduction
While not truly a replacement for any of Sony’s 2011 Cyber-shots, the WX70 is somewhat similar in design and specifications to last year’s WX9. The biggest difference here is the new 3-inch touchscreen, a first for the W-series. Sony has also boosted optical zoom out to 10x, surpassing the 7x Cyber-shot WX10 and matching the recently-announced WX50 for the longest lens in this particular lineup.
The Cyber-shot DSC-WX70 will be available in black, silver, pink, and purple; and ships March 9th for $229.99.
