Sigma Japan Announces New Nikon 18-200mm Zoom
The Japanese HQ of Lens and SLR maker Sigma has just announced the details on a new 18-200mm zoom lens for Nikon digital SLRs. The lens has been available for a while on other lens mounts, but it’s a first for Nikon digital SLRs. The 18-200mm lens has a focal length range of f3.5 (at 18mm) or f6.3(at 200mm) to f22. It’s pretty small for a long zoom like this; the barrel is just under 3 inches long and 2.75 inches in diameter, with a filter size of 62mm. There are no details on pricing or availability in the yet.
