SecureZIP 12.1 Unveiled
Many of you may not be aware of the fact that PKWARE are the brain behind the .zip file compression standard. Now they have released SecureZIP 12.1, which claims to be business-class security software.The newly announced SecureZIP 12.1 can compress and protects images by encryption and public key cryptology. It automatically requests and installs a Comodo digital certificate on a user's PC, enabling them to perform a secure file and email exchange.'Our deep experience in PKI enables us to add the value of enhanced security and trust to a wide range of software, hardware, and services,' says Melih Abdulhayoglu, CEO and chief security architect of Comodo. 'As the world becomes increasingly Internet dependent, PKI and digital certificates are fast becoming an important part of every business and household. We are proud of the role we're playing to make the Internet safer and more trusted.'
