Color Accuracy (10.93)
In this test, we look at how accurately a camera captures color, and we found that the TL225 did a very decent job. Most of the colors on the test chart that we use were accurately captured, although we did find some minor issues with reds and yellows, both of which were a little too vivid. The TL 225 offers a lot of color modes, but we found the best results by sticking with the Normal mode, which produced the most accurate color with the least oversaturation. Examples of the other color modes can be found in the controls section of this review.

NOTE: Because of the way computer monitors reproduce colors, the images above do not exactly match the originals found on the chart or in the captured images. The chart should be used to judge the relative color shift, not the absolute captured colors.
