Samsung HZ10W Digital Camera First Impression Review

Fresh from the floor of CES, we bring you Samsung's new not-quite-ultra-zoom camera, the HZ10W. This model manages to fit an impressive 10x zoom as well as a decent wide angle lens into a body not much bigger than a standard point-and-shoot. It also houses a 10-megapixel sensor, and will sell  for $299.99 in January. Based on our brief experience with this camera, we were really impressed by the quality of the components and the menu system, but less so with the slow lens. Read on for more of our First Impressions of this camera, keeping in mind that they are based on a pre-production sample, and that image quality can't be judged without taking a final camera into our labs for analysis.
