Pixel Dragons Releases Update for Just Resize My Photos

May 17, 2007 - Imaging software developer Pixel Dragons Limited has released an update to its Just Resize My Photos software. Version 1.2.0 of the software includes support for CMYK TIFFs and JPEGs, additional RAW formats, the ability to add watermarks to images, and default settings for eBay, blogs, and e-mail.

Just Resize My Photos leads users through a six-step batch photo resizing process:

1. Select the photographs to resize
2-3. Set the saving location
4. Select saving options
5. Pick task options
6. Preview and backup the images

The software includes six resize modes (best fit, best fit with padding, crop fit, exact size, fixed width and fixed height) and eight resize methods (high quality bilinear, normal bicubic, normal bilinear, nearest neighbor, hermite, and Mitchell and Lanczos). Users can preview the chosen settings before applying them to a batch of photos.

The program also includes basic image editing tasks such as adding borders, text, watermarks, drop shadows, rotating images, and grayscale and sepia conversion.

A Batch Resize My Photos single user license is $19.99. Visit the company website for more information and to download the program.
