December 18, 2006 – With the announcement of Adobe’s Photoshop CS3 beta last week, PictureCode, LLC prereleased an updated public beta of Noise Ninja for CS3 on Friday. The noise and grain reduction software can now run natively on Intel-based Macs, along with support for PowerPC Macs.
Noise Ninja promises to remove noise for up to a 2-stop improvement, ideal for photo enlargements, according to the PictureCode website. Noise Ninja for Photoshop CS3 can deliver a “significant speedup” compared to the CS2 version, according to the company website.
Existing users of Noise Ninja can download the full beta version at http://www.picturecode.com/nn_beta.htm. New users can retrieve a temporary access code for a trial version that lasts until Dec. 30th.
