August 3, 2006 – Camera Bits, Inc. released yesterday the latest version to their photo management software, Photo Mechanic version 4.4.3.2.
The new update is free for existing registrations before November 2005 and includes added support for Pentax RAW files (PEF). Among other features, Photo Mechanic version 4.4.3.2 adds new Mac improvements with additional menu tools and IPTC date stamp correction. The update also fixes the preview histogram and a bug with photos imported in QuickTime. CD burning with this version is now handled as “application model” to prevent corruption in the CDs.
