Pentax Announces Firmware Update for K10D

July 5, 2007 - Pentax yesterday announced a firmware update for its K10D DSLR. The newly released firmware v.1.3.0 adds support for Supersonic Drive Motor (SDM) lenses with built-in motors.

The firmware will also include fixes from all previous software releases. Version 1.30 is available for Windows and Mac OS systems. Users can download the newest firmware through the Pentax K10D download page.
