Chromatic Aberration

We found very little chromatic aberration in our GX1 test photos. At the edges of some shots at the minimum aperture, we noticed a hint of blue/green fringing, but it's barely there. The GX1 even outperformed the Panasonic G3, which had a great score to begin with.

Distortion

Distortion is very well controlled. At 14mm, we measured 0.98% barrel distortion, which is noticeable but not extreme. It pincushioned out to a minute 0.19% at the middle focal length, and a bit further to 0.55% at the telephoto setting.
