2.3
The Panasonic Lumix TZ3 is the sophomore version to last year’s ultra-zoom compact TZ1. Tailored for the world traveler to the soccer mom, the TZ3 is targeted for movers and shakers who want the convenience of a point-and-shoot but the zoom capabilities of a long lens. The Lumix TZ3 maintains a 10x optical zoom Leica lens with image stabilization. As with most successor cameras, the TZ3 adds a few new improvements including a higher 7.2 megapixel count, wider zoom, bigger LCD monitor, and new scene modes for the retail price of $349.95 when it was introduced in January 2007.
