The 8-megapixel Stylus 830 is part of Olympus's “Design & Performance” series, characterized by slim, weatherproof bodies. A 5x optical zoom lens, mechanical image stabilization, face detection, and a 2.5-inch LCD are among the highlights of this model, introduced in August. It had a $329.99 introductory price.
