This year at PMA Olympus announced the release of the Olympus SP-320, a new addition to the SP line, which already features the SP-310 and the SP-350. This 7.1 MP camera continues the SP tradition of full manual, auto and a wealth of preset shooting mode options that has made this camera line known for shooting flexibility and versatility.

The camera has a 3x optical zoom, a 2.5-inch 115,000 pixel LCD screen, still recording in RAW format, movie mode with audio recording and 31 selectable shooting modes for the user looking for middle ground between full auto and full manual control. The camera also has an included 25 MB of internal memory, an Olympus brand xD-Picture Card slot and direct printing capabilities. The camera is expected to retail for $299 and will be available starting in March 2006.
