Lensbabies Introduces New Macro Lens Sets

October 20, 2005 - Lensbabies, the makers of specialized lenses that produce shallow depth of field and blurring while leaving one selectable area of the image in crisp focus, has today announced two new macro lenses as a set that can be used in conjunction with their products. One lens is +4; the other, +10. The former lens improves a Lensbaby’s minimum focus from 16” to 6” - 13”, while the later, to 3.5 - 5”. The lenses can also be stacked atop each other for a minimum focus range of 2” to 3”.

“We think these macro lenses will entrance anyone who loves Lensbaby photography or macro photography,” Lensbabies Co-CEO Craig Strong said. “You can lie down like a kid in your backyard and capture bugs running around the jungle of your garden.”

The set will sell for $29.00 US and be available from retailers and the website directly, at http://lensbaby.com/xcart/customer/home.php?cat=2
