Kodak Expands Retail Pickup to Rite Aid

Kodak EasyShare GalleryMay 17, 2007 – Kodak EasyShare Gallery yesterday announced it will offer in-store print pickup at Rite Aid retail stores for customers who order their photo prints online.

“Our customers are interested in choosing when and where they pick up their pictures,” said Kodak Gallery general manager Madhav Mehra in a company press release yesterday. “Our partnerships with national and regional chains are crucial to our ability to offer these choices and Rite Aid is important to the success of our strategy.”

Kodak EasyShare Gallery members can order their prints online in 4x6- or 5x7-inch prints, wallet size, or as photo greeting cards. Kodak customers can then choose to pick up their prints in 1 hour, the same day, or within 1 to 3 days at one of the 3,300 Rite Aid locations in 28 states.

Kodak also offers retail pickup at CVS Pharmacy, Brooks Pharmacy, and Eckerd Pharmacy. Over 85 percent of Gallery members live within a 5-mile radius of a pick-up location that totals 12,000 locations nationwide, according to the release.
