With the release of the V603, Kodak expands their EasyShare pocket series with a stylish camera in Silver Essence or Midnight Black that can be easily and comfortably dropped into a purse or pocket. The small camera is deceiving; there are a number of features and options. The V603 manages to pack in a 6.1 MP CCD, a 2.5-inch 230,000 pixel LCD, 22 preset shooting modes and a Perfect Touch exposure correction system. In addition to this, the V603 is both ImageLink and PictBridge compliant for direct printing and comes with the basic image editing EasyShare software suite. The V603 will be available for worldwide distribution beginning in April 2006 with a retail price of $299 (USD).
