Imaging Resource Reviews Datacolor Spyder3
Imaging Resource has reviewed the new version of Datacolor Spyder3 which is a monitor caliberation tool. Monitor calibration usually is tricky business however the Spyder3 makes the job easier. The design is compact and attractive and the long flexible USB cable is a welcome addition. Through of Datacolor Spyder3 one is privy to complete caliberation and it also displays monitor history which makes life easier. It also mounts on either CRT or LCD monitor.
"There are the technical improvements like its increased light sensitivity, not to mention the unique seven detector color engine it shares only with the Spyder2. But the improvements I most appreciate are the user ones like the more flexible USB cord, the smaller colorimeter (which is easier to place on an LCD) and the faster and more efficient software."
