HP Downgraded From 'Buy' to 'Hold'

November 3, 2005 - HP’s stock had been downgraded from “buy” to “hold” by Shaw Wu, an analyst with American Technology Research. The downgrade is not a reflection of recent company performance, but rather, a reality check on a stock that has historically been so popular that the demand only has continually driven up the price.

Shaw Wu however did however add that growing popularly of low-end laser printers over inkjets may eventually affect HP revenue and profits.
