May 8, 2008 - Fujifilm has released a firmware update for the FinePix F100fd to reduce pink-banding along the left side of images captured in certain shooting situations. Users have complained about occasionally seeing a pinkish band of color on the left side of images taken at ISO 400 and above or shot without flash on Natural & Flash mode. F100fd users can view instructions for the firmware update and download it from Fujifilm's website.
