August 2, 2007 – One week after announcing the FinePix Z10fd, Fujifilm has announced its Z-Inspiration Photo Contest, which calls for camera users ages 18-25 to submit photos inspired by the letter “Z”. Photos may be uploaded until Aug. 31 on Fujifilm’s newest website, offZhook, which is dedicated to the 7.2-megapixel FinePix Z10fd.
Four grand prize winners will receive a trip for two to New York City Oct. 23-27 to attend a launch party for the FinePix Z10fd and serve as correspondents for the event. Also included is $500 spending money, a helicopter tour over New York City, and two FinePix Z10fd cameras.
The FinePix Z10fd will be available in five colors and has wireless capabilities to transfer photos directly from camera to camera. Retailing at $199, it will debut in late September.
