August 13, 2007 – Fujifilm yesteray announced two deals for the Fuji S5 Pro digital SLR camera. Professional photographers can purchase a bundled Fujifilm FinePix S5 Pro bar code studio system at a discounted rate of $2,399.95. Additionally, any customer who purchases only the camera can mail in a rebate offer for a free copy of the Fujifilm HyperUtility HS-V3 and Pantone HueyTM Pro software - a $240 value.
The Fuji bar code kit saves consumers $260, according to Fuji. The bar code reader offers features such as password protection and the ability to adjust white balance and color. The kit includes the S5 Pro body, a Firewire tether, a programmed bar code reader, adapter, GPS adapter, a Kingston 50x Elite Pro 2GB CF memory card, and a Tenba camera bag, among other accessories. The discounted Fuji commercial studio system kit is available through dealers until Oct. 31, according to the release. In a separate offer, Fuji S5 Pro customers qualify for a free online copy of the HyperUtility HS-V3 and Pantone HueyTM Pro professional image editing software. Users can download the mail-in-rebate form at the Fujifilm product registration page.
