Fuji Hires VP of New Sales, Formerly Konica Minolta VP

October 6, 2006 – Fujifilm announced this week the appointment of its new Vice President of Sales at the Electronic Imaging Products Division, Todd Schrader. Schrader, who has held senior positions at Sony Electronics and Panasonic Corp., was most recently the former vice president of sales at Konica Minolta.

“Todd brings to Fujifilm over 17 years of sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics and photographic imaging industries,” said Bill Drysdale, Vice President and General Manager of the Division, in Tuesday’s press release. Newly appointed Schrader will report to Drysdale. Schrader will now be responsible for sales of professional and consumer digital cameras, flash memory, and accessories.

In August 2006, Fujifilm appointed another Konica Minolta vice president to its senior level, John Bruehl, now Fuji Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
