June 22, 2006 – Photo-printing website PhotoWorks, Inc. announced today that former President and CEO of Shutterfly Andy Wood will join its Board of Directors.
Before joining PhotoWorks, Wood served as Shutterfly CEO for two years. "[Wood] has taken an online photography services company that was our size and grew it ten-fold," says President and CEO of PhotoWorks Philippe Sanchez about the new member in today's PhotoWorks press release.
PhotoWorks, partnered with Kodak, offers printed products such as traditional photo prints, customized portfolios, greeting cards, and photo gifts. Formerly known as Seattle Filmworks, PhotoWorks is celebrating its 30th anniversary in business.
