October 18, 2006 – Casio Inc. recently released a firmware update to their Exilim Card EX-S770 point-and-shoot camera.
Introduced in August, the 7.2 megapixel EX-S770 underwent a minor update. The EX-S770 firmware v1.01 corrects a bug that shows a black line across the bottom of images taken in Best Shot settings: “Old Photo,” “Business Card and Documents,” and “White Board” modes.
Casio warns users to use fresh batteries when installing the update. A Russian language update is not currently available for the EX-S770.
