Offers 7x optical zoom in a compact body
Dedicated auto and best shot buttons good for beginners
Big sacrifices for small price difference compared to EX-ZR200
No front grip to aid in handling
Introduction
Casio’s latest ZR-series cameras are finally making their debut in North America this month, with the EX-ZR15 accompanying the EX-ZR200 at the head of the company’s lineup. The EX-ZR15 offers much of the same functionality as the EX-ZR200, but with a lesser optical zoom, no 1000fps high speed video, and little manual control. The EX-ZR15 comes in at a lower price, however, as it’s slated to cost $329 when it is released. The EX-ZR15 will ship in April and be available in black, white, red, and gold.
