The Canon SX130 ($249 MSRP) doesn't have the more fully developed features of a point & shoot like the G11, or even the S-series models. On the downside, it's not quite as thin as the Elphs, either. That 12x zoom has to fit somewhere. However, the zoom is probably one of the most appealing features, so people may be willing to make the sacrifice. It's a great price for the number of features you get, especially the 720p video.
