The SD700 has a 4x zoom lens, which is new to the ELPH series. And the starring feature of this digital camera is its optical image stabilization system. It pairs this with its high ISO 800 setting to reduce blur. Like its ELPH siblings, the Canon PowerShot SD700 IS is about an inch thick and has three sleek black and silver colors that create a visually appealing camera. This model keeps the Perpetual Curve design that was introduced on pervious models, including the SD500, which it replaces. This curve makes the right side a little more comfortable to hold compared to the boxy edges that many compact models have. The Canon PowerShot SD700 IS will sell for $499 in April.
