Canon A480

Specs & RatingsConclusion

The A480 is a cute but not-so-small point and shoot aimed at the budget-conscious consumer who wants the least amount of fuss when taking pictures at birthday parties and other family events. In keeping with the no-fuss concept, the A480 doesn't come with a thick manual to confuse you, but we still think a little more information would be helpful to understand all of the settings. While we still need to get the A480 into our lab for full testing to see if it takes pictures good enough to be keepsakes of those family events, it does look decent on paper for a $129 camera and it is easy to use once you become familiar with the menu layout.
