Camera Labs Reviews Joby Gorillapod SLR Zoom Tripod
The Joby Gorillapod SLR Zoom Tripod may not garner much respect from the photography purists, however it does serve a purpose! Camera Labs reviewed the tripod and though they admit that it will never replace a "traditional tripod" it is quite useful. Portability and flexibility are the main advantages and the grip was found to be sturdy. However Camera Labs doesn’t recommend the tripod for astro-photography or those who want to take multi-exposure shots.
