BenQ Releases 3 new Digital Cameras
"BenQ once again steps onto the global stage by providing consumers with digital cameras that possess high quality lens, a large comfortable display, and enriched features in a compact, stylish design," said Peter Chen, BenQ Vice President and Digital Media Business Group General Manager. "The BenQ DC X600 is a perfect demonstration of how BenQ combines its technology strength with its design prowess."
The BenQ DC X600 packs popular features into a tiny, sleek body. The camera has 6 megapixels to pair with its 2.5-inch LCD screen, VGA movie mode with 30 fps shooting rate, and in-camera editing features. The X600 boasts trimming, rotating, resizing, and color filtering technology to eliminate computers from the postproduction process.
The BenQ C800 packs in an impressive 8 megapixels into a body that also boasts a 2.4-inch LCD screen and a 3x optical zoom lens. Other features include 32 MB of internal memory, voice memo capabilities, a burst mode, and direct print functionality. The BenQ C500 is more of a low-end digital camera, as its features are limited. BenQ touts this model as "the lightest 5 mega pixels digital camera with fixed-focus lens in the market." This featherweight has a 1.7-inch LCD screen and can function as a webcam.
