Adobe DNG Specification Updated
Version 1.2.0.0 of the Digital Negative Specification has been released by Adobe. The latest update not only formalizes the concept of a camera profile but also adds a metdata tag to validate image data.Additional metadata tags have been defined for the DNG format including a field to indicate a 'hash' or the integrity of the raw data within the file, providing a valuable tool for validating the safety of your image data .
