Default site display overlaps text

Dear DigitalCameraInfo:

I couldn't find a "contact" link on your otherwise excellent web site, so I'm hoping you see this comment. I just read the review of the Nikon D200, and on many pages the frame running down the left-hand side of the page overlaps the text of the review. Just a friendly suggestion... but a little tweaking of the HTML would fix this easily. (I'm using Safari on Mac OS X 10.4.)

Thanks for your great reviews!!!

For me, the frames on both left and right overlap text a little bit (about one letter worth). I'm using Firefox 1.5 on Win2000.

Hmmm, I am also using FireFox 1.5 on WinXP without any of the mentioned problems. Every browser will behave a little differently. I know that some websites act weird on my Firefox while they behave just fine when I use IE. With the plethora of browsers out there, ensuring that a website runs perfectly on every browser is somewhat not feasible. However, we will check on it and see what can be done.

Thanks for the heads up guys.

I have no overlap, but I have a wide screen (my browser windows are about 1400x1100 after borders accounted for).

The scripts are finagled, but have to deal with the content, the ads, and the forum's boxes and entry forms, etc.

What screen resolution are you using? If this is a problem for many people, then we will of course have to tweak things some more!

I also have no overlap in most sites, but I do see overlap in certain pages. Like this one for example:

I am also on widescreen (1280x800). This problem is only present on some of pages. Perhaps you can contact the webmaster about it?

The new DCI site layout is here! Does this fix the text overlap problem for you?

Definetely did it! I really like the new layout, but there are still some things that needs to be added. The webmaster should be getting underway with them shortly.
