Default Canon SX100 - Manual missing?

Hey all,

I just bought a Canon SX100 and I only got a tiny "manual" with it, A6 size, 30 pages, and it basically tells the user how to turn the machine on and off... :S
There's nothing about using different modes let alone setting shutter speed or something. On the other hand, I saw a proper looking manual at the shop - do I have to BUY it, or what...? Is this normal/legal? What do you think?

OK, if anyone else has the same problem, here's a solution, download the FULL manual here:

Dunno how it is in other countries, but here in Hungary more than half of the content is missing from the translated manual - you basically get the "Getting started" part only (and the box doesn't contain the original version either).
