Help... Please

Hi, I have a new sony a100 and have been trying to take photographs during a hockey game and cannot for the life of me get away from the blurry photos.

Can someone tell me what setting will work with this camera to take crisp non blurry action photo's of hockey?

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
