Which digital camera is better (Sony DSC-T200/ Sony DSC-T70/Canon Ixus70

Hi,

Merry christmas to all of you.

I would like to purchase a digital camera. My main purpose is to capture indoot family photos and outdoor vacation and scenery.

I have few options. But not sure which one is better. Can anyone give me an idea. The options are 1. Sony DSC-T200 2. Sony DSC-T70 3. Conan Ixus70.
