Getting a camera. Probably a Sony S% or Canon Powershot S3. (wouldn't mind hearing everyone's opinion between the two). I need to know what accessories I really need. Amazon lists one kit as having SD/MMC memory card, high speed SD card reader, fully padded interior camera case with side pockets and string, four recharge 2700 mah batteries with rapid battery charger. Mini tripod. Lens care cleaning kit, bonus free 25 prints. Does not include lens adapter and hood set.

Another kit has the lens adapter and hood set. This costs $28.34 (is this a necessary item for me?)

And a third kit had an Opteka high definition telescopic lens, high definition wide angle lens and a pro filter kit. This costs $90 on Amazon.

I’m not really sure what all these things are because I am new to this. So if someone could tell me the minimum that I should get (because I’m going on vacation next week)
