OK, let's see if we can get this going again.

I'll make it easy on ya for now, and just ask for stuff from this month (February) instead of the past fortnight or so.
Anyway, Kamali'o's coming up on being 5 months old already, and as usual, pretty much everything I've been shooting has her in it.

Heck, according to Picasa, we've taken over 600 photos of her since the new year. Man, do I have a lot of sorting to do...
The first two relate to recent discoveries of hers.
The first is that she's found her feet in a big way. A few weeks ago, she started playing with them, and she's found that they're the toys she never leaves home without. However, more recently she's also discovered that they can be quite the thumb substitute. I know I can bite my toenails, but I've love to be that flexible.
The second is that she loves the plastic cups we use a lot around the house. I don't know if it's the deep blue or the fluorescent fishies that enthral her, but she just can't take her eyes off them, except for possibly when she finds her toes. We have about 50 or so of these things - they're the cups you get your soft drinks served to you at Bob Chinn's back in the Chicago area, and you get to take 'em home with you - so she'll never be short of 'em.
The other two are me messing around with the macro function on my TZ1 to get some depth of field. I wanted to get a shot of her toenails to show how they're starting to grow out and figured that I could catch her in the background. The other one was a happy accident when taking photos of her in a new (well, hand-me-down from a friend) toy eariler today...I live the combination of depth, the expression on her face and the positioning of the toy relative to her eyes.
