Busy error on Canon Rebel XTi

Anyone getting this error while taking pictures. I am currently using ultra II 2gig memory card. Is this a mem card error or hopefully not the camera capabilities error? I just can't imagine this being an error for a DSLR camera. It is annoying because I am missing shots and the whole reason why I bought a dslr because I was missing shots with my point n shoot camera. Any help would be appreciated!!

First thing to do is try reformating your memory card on your computer... Then see if the problem persists...

DO you have any recommendation to type of format and the allocation unit size? DO these make a difference?
