Default We need a sticky list of question to help decide on cameras.

It seems there is a number of people asking which one should I buy questions. These are really sales related or experience related. Questions need to be asked before you can suggest anything. If you have a stickie post with these question (or questions like it others may have suggestions) the user can quote the message, answer the questions and tell people what type of cameras they are looking at and make it easier for everyone. (it is my opinion and suggestion or at least something to consider and how to implement it... or not.

What level of photographer (beginner, novice, expert, pro)
What is your primary subject. (Wildlife, landscapes, portrait, sports, underwater, astronomy etc..)
What is your secondary use or subject.
Will you be shooting mostly in low light?
What is your budget?
What cameras are you considering now and what attracted you to them?
Rank what features are most important to you? (Image quality, low light, fast shutter speed, wide angle, zoom, low noise, flash system, image stabilization, movie modes, ect..
What type of camera would you prefer and why? (SLR, Point and Shoot, TeleZoom)
Do you have size preference? (Very small, small/slim, does not matter)
Do you have lenses or accessories that are brand specific that you want to use?
Other comments:

I think with a list like that above of well though out questions, people on this board can help guide people to the right choice. This could be done for slr lenses or accessories as well. Combine that with experience and that some people have cameras that user wants to compare they can make a more educated decision.

Hmm, almost like a FAQ on how to ask "What camera is best". Ok, let's develop this thread into discussing that, and I'll incorporate it into the "'What Camera is Best" and how to ask about it" which I'll make "sticky" (appear at the top of the forum.

I took most of r1ch's post in this thread, added a bit here and there, etc. and came up with the following sticky:
http://www.digitalcamerainfo.com/bbs/t1561.html

Thanks r1ch for the idea and starting point.

I closed THAT thread (so we wouldn't have hundreds of requests for camera advice in that thread) but will leave THIS thread for discussion and suggestions about the Questions.

I am looking for a camera with good quality picture, good zoom, low light/bright light and a small camera.
I bought a Panasonic Lumix-DMC-TZ-3 but the picture quality is always foggy. I need your help to buy a camera with above specifications
