About Us

There are hundreds of digital cameras out there: we help you pick the right one. DigitalCameraInfo.com features scientific, unbiased reviews to help people decide which digital camera would be best for them.

We conduct a standardized scientific analysis of each digital camera and give no-nonsense conclusions and comparisons that look at the value of each camera.

Each DigitalCameraInfo.com review features a standard 44-point analysis that considers the camera’s image quality, handling, portability, control, ease of use, and other key areas. DigitalCameraInfo.com uses the same image analysis software that the manufacturers use to scientifically test the performance of each digital camera. This cuts through manufacturing hype to tell users how crisp and sharp of an image they can really get out of each digital camera. Learn more about how we test digital cameras.

When most users are shopping, they have a specific budget in mind. We approach each review as though we have that same budget. We’re not afraid to answer the ultimate question: Is this a good value? If it’s not, DigitalCameraInfo.com isn’t afraid to say so. We’re not afraid to tell you that a camera is a terrible buy, or tell you that you can get a much better value out there.

DigitalCameraInfo.com was launched on August 2, 2004. PriceGrabber.com provides real-time pricing information on digital cameras for DigitalCameraInfo.com.

Jeremy Stamas

Managing Editor

Jeremy is the video expert of our imaging team, focusing primarily on reviewing camcorders and the video capabilities of interchangeable lens cameras. Jeremy has been playing with his dad’s video cameras for as long as he can remember. Originally from Pennsylvania and upstate NY, he graduated from Bard college with a degree in film and electronic media. He has been living and working in New England since 2005.

T.J. Donegan

Managing Editor

T.J. primarily covers interchangeable lens cameras for DigitalCameraInfo. He is a Massachusetts native and graduate of George Washington University, where he studied journalism, mass communication, and the mysteries of Ben’s Chili Bowl and Yuengling. He worked as a freelance journalist and photographer prior to joining Reviewed.com. He has an unhealthy love of sports, sportswriting, samoyeds, and alliteration.

Christopher Snow

Staff Writer

Chris primarily covers compact cameras for DigitalCameraInfo. Raised by a troupe of traveling circus performers, Christopher’s earliest memory was a man vs. beast cage match inside the company’s lion pen. From there, his childhood was an average one: grappling wild animals and eating breakfast on the high-wire. Until one day, a kindly old gentleman introduced Chris to his very first camera. Either that, or he’s an entirely typical suburbanite who likes futzing around with tech and writing fanciful biographies.

Liam McCabe

Staff Writer

Liam primarily covers compact cameras for DigitalCameraInfo. He was born and raised in Boston and graduated from Syracuse University, where he studied magazine journalism and public policy. Prior to joining Reviewed.com, he was the Editor at the DigitalAdvisor tech-review network, including DigitalCamera-HQ.com. He’s a big music nerd.

David Kender

Senior Vice President of Editorial Operations
